Matsuya is a Japanese-style fast-food chain operating nationwide under the motto “A place for everyone’s dining table.” Its main offerings include gyumeshi (beef bowls), curry, and set meals.

Since 2017, beginning with the Hongo-Sanchome location, spinoff has been involved in designing the spatial environments of Matsuya stores.

Matsuya Foods Holdings Co., Ltd. manages not only Matsuya but also a variety of other brands, including the tonkatsu specialty chain Matsunoya and the sushi chain Sushimatsu.

For each brand, spinoff contributes to expressing their unique identities and values through thoughtful spatial design.
